Que nos va ayudar mucho a trabajar nuestro pecho y triceps muy bien y que solo necesitaremos unas minis paralelas para realizar estos ejercicios.

Y que nos ayudará a mejorar la fuerza y resistencia de empuje y también estaremos ganando masa muscular en nuestro pecho y triceps.

Como pudieron ver fueron solamente 5 ejercicios que nos va ayudar aumentar nuestra fuerza y resistencia de empuje.
As you could see, there were only 5 exercises that will help us increase our strength and resistance to push.
Cabe destacar que cada vez que realizamos un ejercicio de cualquier tipo siempre hay que calentar muy bien para no sentir ninguna molestia ya sea en las articulaciones o muscular.
