    Hola que tal mi gente de #hive y #swc espero se encuentren muy bien. En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes la rutina que hice en casa el día de ayer debido a las fuertes lluvias que hubieron. No podía ir al parque, así que tocó en casita amigos. Y esto es lo bueno de la calistenia, al ser un deporte que se practica con el propio peso corporal, se puede llevar a cabo donde sea y cuando sea. Claro si cunetas con equipos como mini paralelas, bandas de resistencia, mini barra fija, genial, eso suele ser un plus, pero si solo cuentas con el piso, no necesitas mas nada. Eso es CALISTENIA. Ya sin mas que agregar amigos, los dejo con el contenido.

    La calistenia es una disciplina en la cual entrenamos con nuestro peso corporal. En esta disciplina, el interés está en los movimientos de las cadenas musculares que componen nuestro cuerpo. Etimológicamente la palabra proviene del griego kalos (belleza) y sthenos (fortaleza). El objetivo es la adquisición de fuerza, resistencia, agilidad, equilibrio, coordinación y flexibilidad a través de un entrenamiento con el propio peso corporal.


    Calisthenics is a discipline in which we train with our body weight. In this discipline, the interest is in the movements of the muscular chains that make up our body. Etymologically the word comes from the Greek kalos (beauty) and sthenos (strength).     Sin más que agregar, espero les haya gustado el post y el tutorial también. Queda de más recordar que antes de cada entrenamiento es imprescindible realizar un calentamiento de unos 20 minutos como mínimo, ya que así rendiremos aún más en cada entrenamiento. Nos vemos en un próximo post.
