Good morning fellow hive and SWC. I'm Brayan @Hidekinagatari. On this occasion I bring you the flexibility exercises that I consider that we should always be doing in our day to day, both in the mornings, in the evenings, before or after training as this can help us to improve our physical performance and reduce the risk of injury. The greater the capacity of our muscles to lengthen, the greater their range of joint movement, in addition to needing less energy to make this journey, and considering the importance of this, we should never forget to do this. Although it can be a bit lazy, I really recommend doing them, especially the ones you will see next in the post. As athletes we must try to show that we should not only do bodybuilding exercises, we must also make it clear that this part of our training is essential 💪🏼.
