Good morning fellow hive and SWC, I'm Brayan @Hidekinagatari, This time I want to share a little of what I'm training now, which is a conditioning for other elements that I want to train as the hefesto or back lever pull up, and I wanted to share both the routine and the exercises I do, also what I usually do before training like trying things, in this case the front lever that I try and do every day to generate a greater adaptation, besides I also usually try the v-sit, although I had time without doing it. It should be noted that I call this a conditioning because I want to prepare my muscles, joints and tendons for the load that I will give them in the future with the elements that I will train, so this is not an advanced training or that requires much physical effort, it is something medium where I want to strengthen my body for the next level that I will give 💪🏼.
En esta rutina enfocaré lo que es el trabajo de hombros, un poco de pecho y bíceps, ya que son los músculos que más influyen en los elementos de tensión, sobre todo los hombros y bíceps, aparte también los ejercicios me ayudarán a fortalecer los codos para los elementos que entrenaré en un futuro donde estás articulaciones y músculos sufren mucho 💪🏼.
In this routine I will focus on what is the work of shoulders, chest and biceps, as they are the muscles that most influence the elements of tension, especially the shoulders and biceps, apart also the exercises will help me to strengthen the elbows for the elements that I will train in the future where these joints and muscles suffer a lot 💪🏼.
