Good morning fellow hive and SWC, I'm Brayan @Hidekinagatari, This time I want to share with you a routine to define and gain strength in your abdomen, these exercises are some of the ones that helped me the most to have defined abs and I wanted to share them in a routine.💪🏼
Esta rutina esta compuesta por 6 ejercicios los cuales trabajarán diferentes partes de su abdomen y está enfocada en hacer bastantes repeticiones y series que los ayudaran a quemar grasa abdominal para tener unos abs bien marcados.💪🏼
This routine is composed of 6 exercises which will work different parts of your abdomen and is focused on doing enough repetitions and sets that will help you burn abdominal fat to have a well marked abs.💪🏼
Ejercicio 1:
Escaladores - 25 repeticiones x5 series.
Ejercicio 2:
Elevación de piernas - 20 repeticiones x5 series.
Ejercicio 3:
Crunch de rodillas - 20 repeticiones x5 series.
Ejercicio 4:
Crunch en estrella - 10 repeticiones por lado x5 series.
Ejercicio 5:
Plancha lateral - 10 repeticiones por lado x5 series.
Ejercicio 6:
Plancha con brazos extendidos - maximo aguante x5 series.
Exercise 1:
Climbers - 25 reps x5 sets.
Exercise 2:
Leg raises - 20 reps 5 sets.
Exercise 3:
Knee crunch - 20 reps x5 sets.
Exercise 4:
Star crunch - 10 reps per side x5 sets.
Exercise 5:
Lateral plank - 10 repetitions per side x5 sets.
Exercise 6:
Plank with extended arms - Maximum endurance x5 sets.
