    Es importante siempre al comenzar tus entrenamientos realizar un estiramiento adecuado de la articulacion de la que vas a trabajar, de esa manera evitaras lesiones a corto y largo plazo. Los ejercicios que realice fueron Estiramientos de hombro, codos, y muñecas por 10segundos cada ejercicio. Despues realice los ejercicios de movilidad escapular y retracion pelvica para tener una condicion obtima de la cadera y asi continuar con el handstad.
    It is always important when you start your workouts to perform an adequate stretch of the joint you are going to work on, in this way you will avoid short and long-term injuries. The exercises that I performed were shoulder, elbow, and wrist stretches for 10 seconds each exercise. Then perform the scapular mobility and pelvic retraction exercises to have an optimal condition of the hip and thus continue with the handstad.

    Ya preparado para realizar mi primera Straddle, me pongo la liga para sentir el movimiento articular completo, de esa forma garantizare la limpieza del movimiento y la ejecución articular completa que genera la plancha, Ya que lo mas importante del movimiento es entenderlo y realizarlo bien.

    Mi rutina especifica fue basada en Combos con el objetivo de ganar fuerza y resistencia. Realice varios intentos de Full plancha con Straddle, juntos con Press y Flexión de Straddle, También añadí combos en barra para combinarlos con FrontLever y Back. Realice 6 combos de 4 Estáticos con una duración de entre 20 a 30 segundos por Combo, con un descanso de 2 a 3 minutos por series y siempre agradeciendo con los resultados obtenidos, cada día se hace la diferencia y hay que vivirla. Espero les allá gustado mi Video y Recuerda para crecer solo hay que ser SWC.
    My specific routine was based on Combos with the goal of gaining strength and stamina. I did several attempts at the Full Plank with the Straddle, along with the Straddle Press and Pushup, I also added barbell combos to combine them with the FrontLever and Back. Perform 6 combos of 4 Static with a duration of between 20 to 30 seconds per Combo, with a break of 2 to 3 minutes per series and always thanking you with the results obtained, every day the difference is made and you have to live it.
