    Saludos querida comunidad de full deportes, en este nuevo día traigo una excelente rutina perfecta para trabajar el abdomen, realice 4 ejercicios super fáciles y lo mejor que lo pueden realizar desde casa; lo realice en 3 series de 45 segundos, fueron movimientos de flexión y extensión de piernas de manera coordinada, buscando un total enfoque en mi abdomen; así que los invito a ver toda la rutina y espero que lo disfrute sin perder más tiempo comencemos.
