El día de hoy fui a visitar a mi hermano Luis Simón Robles y me pareció que era una buena idea entrenar un poco con los guantes así que hicimos algunas combinaciones de golpes y patadas, efectivas y fáciles para que todos las podemos entrenar en casa, espero que les guste.
