Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC, hoy les vengo a traer una rutina ideal para para antes de empezar a entrenar, recalc贸 que cada ante entrenamiento sea leve o fuerte siempre me gusta calentar mucho, me tomo tiempo de 20 minutos en adelante para poder darle con todo a el entrenamiento.
Greetings dear friends of the SWC community, today I come to bring you an ideal routine for before starting training. He stressed that each training session, whether light or strong, I always like to warm up a lot, I take time from 20 minutes onwards to be able to give yet to the training.
