Un cálido saludo y bienvenida a toda la comunidad de Espavlog a este video en donde voy a hablar un poco acerca de mi nueva experiencia estudiando violín, más específicamente sobre mi primera clase de un taller de 3 (tres) años y a continuación les quería comentar los temas y ejercicios que vi en estas primeras clases.

A warm greeting and welcome to all the Espavlog community to this video where I am going to talk a little bit about my new experience studying violin, more specifically about my first class of a 3 (three) years workshop and then I wanted to tell you about the themes and exercises I saw in these first classes.

• En mi primera clase, mi profesora nos enseñó lo más básico: conocer el instrumento, sus partes, el nombre de sus cuatro cuerdas, como afinarlo, como cambiarle las cuerdas y colocarle resina al arco, algunas figuras rítmicas y como verán mis anotaciones con una letra horrible, son temas que ya conocía pero siempre está bueno hacer un repaso. Y en cuanto a práctica comenzamos con algunas redondas al aire, yendo y viniendo con el arco para que el brazo se acostumbre a moverlo de forma recta.

• In my first class, my teacher taught us the basics: to know the instrument, its parts, the name of its four strings, how to tune it, how to change the strings and put resin on the bow, some rhythmic figures and as you will see my notes with horrible handwriting, these are topics that I already knew but it is always good to review. And as for practice, we started with a few rounds in the air, going back and forth with the bow so that the arm gets used to moving it straight.

• En la segunda clase, ya empezamos a leer partituras de la forma más básica y necesaria para entenderla. Vimos solamente la ubicación de las cuerdas al aire del violín y las notas de la primera posición. En mi primer pentagrama, no me alcanzo el espacio y tuve que realizar uno nuevo, ignoren eso. A la práctica le agregamos el tempo. Al principio me adelantaba pero con práctica pude hacer una redonda de 4 tiempos sin ningún problema.

• In the second class, we started to read sheet music in the most basic and necessary way to understand it. We saw only the location of the violin strings in the air and the notes of the first position. In my first staff, I didn't have enough space and I had to make a new one, ignore that. We added tempo to the practice. At first I was ahead of myself but with practice I was able to do a 4 beat round without any problem.

Recién estoy comenzando este viaje y realmente me siento muy feliz y conforme con mi progreso, hasta que un día pueda interpretar mi primer cover o alguna pieza sencilla.
