Día de reencuentro / Reunion day [Esp/Eng]

Hay días dónde tú cuerpo y mente te piden un descanso de todo, parar y desconectarse para volver a uno mismo, hasta reencontrar esa energía que está baja pero nunca apagada. Así me siento hoy, cosa que no está mal, porque me hace reflexionar en muchas cosas necesarias para mi evolución y nuevos procesos. Por eso hoy es un día especial para escuchar a mi cuerpo, sin tener una rutina en mente o una energía explosiva, simplemente de entender lo que me pide mi Ser físico e interno y dejar fluir todo por mis movimientos. There are days when your body and mind ask you to rest from everything, to stop and disconnect to return to yourself, until you find again that energy that is low but never extinguished. This is how I feel today, which is not bad, because it makes me reflect on many things necessary for my evolution and new processes. That's why today is a special day to listen to my body, without having a routine in mind or an explosive energy, simply to understand what my physical and internal Being asks of me and to let everything flow through my movements.
