My routine in the 2nd month of Active Rest [ESP|ENG]
Epale mi gente de #hive y #swc espero estén bien. En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes la rutina que estaré realizando este mes. Al ser mes de descanso activo, solo realizare elementos para adaptar y reforzar musculos, tendones, forma, técnica correcta y propiocepcion de los mismos. Les recomiendo este tipo de entrenamientos, me han ayudado mucho a progresar. Ya sin mas que decir mi gente, los dejo con el contenido.
Hello my people from #hive and #swc I hope they are well. On this occasion I want to share with you the routine that I will be doing this month. As it is a month of active rest, I will only carry out elements to adapt and reinforce muscles, tendons, shape, correct technique and proprioception of the same. I recommend this type of training, they have helped me a lot to progress. Now without more to say my people, I leave you with the content.
