"Hooked" Sekshun 8 acoustic cover [ENG|ESP]

Hello dear hivers from the Soundmusic community! I hope you are having an excellent weekend, I am very pleased to greet you to bring you exclusive live music content for hive and for this community, in which it is the first time that I publish, I sincerely hope that my content is to your liking!

Today I bring you a version of a band that is not very well known "Sekshun 8" however when I heard them for the first time a couple of years ago with their album "Black wing butterfly" I was immediately hooked by their heavy sound, their lyrics and the voice of its singer. One of the things that caught my attention about the music of this group was the extremely low tuning that they use on this album, a tuning in "C" or "Do" which means that it is two whole tones below the "E" standard, first time I record a video with this pitch so low but it was interesting, I also had a bit of fun experimenting with the sound effects of the video editor to add some "chorus" and "reverb" to my voice and guitar.

The song that I interpret for you in this post "Hooked" is the softest and calmest song on this album, which caught me for its lyrics and its enveloping and melancholic sound, without further ado, I hope you enjoy my interpretation! A big greeting and much success, until next time!

¡Qué tal queridos hivers de la comunidad Soundmusic! espero que estén teniendo un excelente fin de semana, me complace en gran manera saludarlos para traerles contenido musical en vivo exclusivo para hive y para esta comunidad, en la cual es la primera vez que publico ¡espero sinceramente que mi contenido sea de su agrado!

Hoy les traigo una versión de una banda que no es muy conocida "Sekshun 8" sin embargo cuando los escuché por primera vez hace un par de años con su disco "Black wing butterfly" me engancharon inmediatamente por su sonido pesado, sus letras y la voz de su cantante. Una de las cosas que me llamaron la atención de la música de este grupo fue la afinación sumamente grave que usan en este álbum, una afinación en "C" ó "Do" lo que significa que está dos tonos completos por debajo del "Mi" stándard, primera vez que grabo un vídeo con esta afinación tan grave pero fué interesante, también me divertí un poco experimentando con los efectos de sonido del editor de vídeo para añadir un poco de "chorus" y "reverb" a mi voz y a la guitarra.

La canción que les interpreto en este post "Hooked" es la canción más suave y tranquila de este álbum, la cual me atrapó por sus letras y su sonido envolvente y melancólico, sin más que añadir ¡espero disfruten mi interpretación! ¡un gran saludo y mucho éxitos, hasta la próxima!
