    EXPLICACIÓN
    EXPLANATION

    En esta ocasión ya que vamos a enfocarnos en el desarrollo del pecho medio me decidí por 2 ejercicios que son muy buenos para entrenarlo, estos son las flexiones militares y las flexiones diamante(claro está que hay otros ejercicios más efectivos pero necesitamos barras o algún otro material), también vamos a necesitar de una silla, banco o una superficie elevada para poder realizar los otros 2 ejercicios que son las flexiones militares declinadas y las flexiones diamante declinadas, vamos a estar realizando 12 repeticiones por cada ejercicio, 3 series y descansaremos durante 1 minuto.

    ⚠️Recuerden que es de suma importancia estar bien hidratados y calentar bien antes de cada entrenamiento.

    This time since we are going to focus on the development of the middle chest I decided for 2 exercises that are very good to train it, these are the military push-ups and the diamond push-ups (of course there are other more effective exercises but we need bars or some other material), we will also need a chair, bench or an elevated surface to perform the other 2 exercises which are the declined military push-ups and declined diamond push-ups, we will be performing 12 repetitions for each exercise, 3 sets and rest for 1 minute.

    ⚠️Remember that it is extremely important to be well hydrated and warm up well before each workout.
