Greetings my dear #Hive Champions and Full Deportes How are you today? I hope you are super well, lately I have been doing different cardio routines in order to increase my resistance, I have achieved noticeable changes in myself, so today I want to share the routine I did to train the whole body.
As I always mention, for the cardio routine to be effective we must work at the highest intensity possible and leave little rest time between exercises, that is why for today's routine I left only 15 seconds of rest so that the routine is more intense. , at the end we will rest 1 minute to relax and we will repeat it again, we will repeat it a total of 6 times.
• Ejercicio #1: Trote Estacionario: 20 Segundos | 15 Segundos de Descanso.
• Exercise #1: Stationary Jog: 20 Seconds | 15 Second Rest.
• Ejercicio #2: Saltos en Montaña: 30 Repeticiones | 15 Segundos de Descanso.
• Exercise #2: Mountain Jumps: 30 Repetitions | 15 Second Rest.
• Ejercicio #3: Flexiones con Salto: 15 Repeticiones | 15 Segundos de Descanso.
• Exercise #3: Jump Push-ups: 15 Repetitions| 15 Second Rest.
• Ejercicio #4: Sentadillas Explosivas: 20 Repeticiones.
• Exercise #4: Explosive Squats: 20 Reps.
