    Saludos mis queridos Champions de #Hive y Full Deportes ¿Cómo están el día de hoy? espero que estén súper bien, últimamente he estado haciendo diferentes rutinas de cardio con la finalidad de aumentar mi resistencia, he logrado cambios notorios en mí así que el día de hoy quiero compartir la rutina que realicé hoy para entrenar el cuerpo completo.

I hope you are super well, lately I have been doing different cardio routines in order to increase my resistance, I have achieved noticeable changes in myself, so today I want to share the routine I did to train the whole body.

    EXPLICACIÓN
    EXPLANATION

    Como siempre hago mención para que la rutina de cardio sea efectiva debemos trabajar en la mayor intensidad posible y dejando poco tiempo de descanso entre ejercicios, es por eso que para la rutina de hoy dejé solo 15 segundos de descanso para que la rutina sea más intensa, al finalizar descansaremos 1 minuto para relajarnos y la volveremos a repetir, la repetiremos un total de 6 veces.

    As I always mention, for the cardio routine to be effective we must work at the highest intensity possible and leave little rest time between exercises, that is why for today's routine I left only 15 seconds of rest so that the routine is more intense. , at the end we will rest 1 minute to relax and we will repeat it again, we will repeat it a total of 6 times.
