Hoy las técnicas de la Meditacion que les propongo, es lo que realizo constantemente y resultados existe , no son las enseñanzas, son las personas que no avanzan en aprender y hacer, aunque desde nuestro corazón sabemos que debemos hacer algo por nosotros y mas por mi, deseándole bien a otros .

La técnica que aplico es la Meditación de 20 minutos diarios al despertarme y antes de comenzar con mi rutina, y aunque la rutina es necesaria , esta es una de las rutinas de debo hacer para sembrar y ver lo que en realidad deseo para mi Prosperidad y Abundancia.

1. Primera fase, Comienzo la Oracion expresando : en el Nombre de Jesucristo y me concentro en agradecer , a dar gracias por todo lo que considero importante o no importante, lo importante para que se repita y lo no importante es para que Dios creador, la fuente , la energía Universal me protege ante situciones que podría ser incorrecto, aunque lo incorrecto es necesario, para entender .
2. Segunda Fase me enfoco en el momento de hacer peticiones, pero pedir por los demás y si claro puedo pedir por mi mismo en algo especifico, pero cuando hacemos peticiones hacia los demás, eso es una energía que podrá ser beneficiosa para ti, y hacerlo desde el Sentimiento.
3. Tercera Fase me auto afirmo quien soy , afirmaciones positivas sobre mi, en todas las áreas que deseo convertirme, las afirmaciones son como una semilla plantada, cada vez que la riegas y la nutras , dara frutos positivos. Recuerda fallan las personas no las técnicas

3. Third Phase I self-affirm who I am, positive affirmations about myself, in all the areas that I wish to become, the affirmations are like a planted seed, every time you water it and nourish it, it will bear positive fruits. Remember people fail, not techniques.
