    Hola a todos en la comunidad de Full Deportes, espero que estén teniendo un hermoso miércoles y que tengan muchas ganas de relajarse un ratito.

    Esta será una rutina corta, que de hecho, como explico en el video, guío brevemente para que puedan seguirme, pero incluso la he acelerado.

    El objetivo es que no se haga un video tan largo (como suele pasarme), ya que no se si todos tienen el tiempo de verlo, y que les queden las posturas para acceder a ellas cuando lo necesiten.

    Además en el video, he dejado en inglés y en español, las asanas que vamos desarrollando.

    Hello to everyone in the Full Deportes community, I hope you're having a beautiful Wednesday and that you're looking forward to relaxing for a little while.

    This will be a short routine, which in fact, as I explain in the video, I guide briefly so you can follow along, but I've even sped it up.

    The goal is not to make it such a long video (as usually happens to me), since I don't know if everyone has the time to watch it, and that they have the postures to access them when they need them.

    Also in the video, I have left in English and Spanish, the asanas that we are developing.

    Se trata de una rutina sencilla, por lo que no hay problema si nunca han hecho Yoga. Vayan escuchando mucho a su cuerpo, y de esa manera, lograrán conectarse con el y sentir los beneficios de la práctica.


    El foco estará en caderas y espalda


    Aunque las posturas que practicamos aquí, también benefician a otras partes del cuerpo, mi intención ha sido dar movimiento a la cadera y a la columna, que a veces, por la postura principalmente y/o por el sedentarismo, quedan rígidas.

    This is a simple routine, so there is no problem if you have never done Yoga before. Listen to your body a lot, and that way, you will be able to connect with it and feel the benefits of the practice.


    The focus will be on the hips and back.


    Although the postures we practice here also benefit other parts of the body, my intention has been to give movement to the hips and spine, which sometimes, mainly due to posture and/or a sedentary lifestyle, become stiff.

    Dado que en otras ocasiones he publicado post muy extensos con El Paso a paso del video, no quisiera ser reiterativa esta vez.

    En la práctica, muchas veces se repiten las posturas porque eso es justamente parte del Yoga, de su constancia y su disciplina.

    Por ello, te dejo aquí un video de respiración, otro de calentamiento, y un flow, por si quisieras complementar esta práctica con alguno de ellos :)
