    ¡Hola comunidad de Full Deportes!, hoy quiero mostrarles lo que fue mi rutina de cardio y core, como les comente antes, entreno utilizando una aplicacion de playstore llamada: Calisteniapp, se pueden conseguir muchisimas rutinas alli y lo que mas me gusta es que te da la opcion de crear una tu mismo para asi llevar el control de los descansos.

    Jamas me ha gustado entrenar abdomen, es mi punto debil, lo van a notar en el video, lo mismo me sucede con el cardio, prefiero caminar rutas largas o simplemente trabajar con poco peso y muchas repeticiones. Aunque claro, de vez en cuando hago alguna rutina sencilla en mi casa, especialmente cuando quiero dormir temprano, me ayuda para llegar cansado a la cama.

    Consiste en tres supersets con cinco ejercicios, la idea es trabajar con el menor tiempo de descanso posible entre cada ejercicio, incluso se deberia hacer todos sin deternerse hasta el final del set y vamos bajando el numero de repeticiones: Empezamos con 60 mountain climbers, luego en el segundo set con 40 y para finalizar el tercero con 20.

    Hi Full Deportes community, today I want to show you my cardio and core routine, as I told you before, I train using a playstore app called: Calisteniapp, you can get a lot of routines there and what I like the most is that it gives you the option to create one yourself to keep track of the breaks.

    I've never liked to train abdomen, it's my weak point, you'll notice it in the video, the same happens to me with cardio, I prefer to walk long routes or just work with little weight and many repetitions. Although of course, from time to time I do some simple routine at home, especially when I want to sleep early, it helps me to get to bed tired.

    It consists of three supersets with five exercises, the idea is to work with as little rest time as possible between each exercise, you should even do all of them without stopping until the end of the set and we go down the number of repetitions: We start with 60 mountain climbers, then in the second set with 40 and to finish the third with 20.
