Hello Wednesday Walk Community! Welcome to my blog. After University Life, it is first time I decided to attend any Public Awareness Seminar in Lahore. Yesterday, I was feeling bored at home. It had been many days since I last attended any training session. I got an invitation sms from my friend about Punjab Food Authority Seminar and Training Session. There was free coaching hence it was better to attend something for learning instead of sleeping uselessly. I accepted this invitation and decided to attend the Seminar.

Morning Adventure

When I woke up at 5:30 AM to pursue my yesterday plan, there was heavy fogging outside. It was difficult to come outside and touch water to wash our face. There was about 8°C temperature and everything was covered by heavy fog.

To wash hands was like battling with winter. I won this battle but my body was feeling shivering with cold. I spent my few hours in front of heater to maintain my Physical temperature.

Arrival at PFA

I with my driver moved on car from our house towards Punjab Food Authority Office in the morning that is 25 Kilometres away from my house. I was feeling happy because I was going to pursue a learning sessions.

We did parking our car in the basement of PFA. There were many Vehicles already there. PFA is a Public learning area hence everyone come here to know the healthy facts about Health.

Learning Session and Public Seminar Room

It was time to gain something. I took one pencil and register so that I can note all good points about Health and can spread this information with my family members.

There were different Pamphlets and leaflets on the walls in the PFA. Every picture was full of precautions that must be adopted during contacting with Food items. I read every important point there and noted on my register.

At last, I entered into the Public Seminar Room. As it is 7 Day Public Awareness Seminar about Food safety hence PFA has divided different lectures with different trainer. There was a well arranged Seminar room. It would be a delighted session, I was thinking there when I took different pictures in the classroom in the beginning.

Our First Trainer was Beautiful and Talented ma'am who introduced us about some basics of Food Safety. He delivered her lecture on Projector.

The happy part of the PFA were some old pictures fixed on the walls. I was happy to see them one by one. It provided me hope for getting some Certificates and some photo sessions with PFA officials. To make pictures with people that care about us has different pleasure for me.

It was three hours and twenty minutes lectures that covered many aspects of Food Safety. I entertained my brain with following topics.

• Importance of Food Safety
• Diseases that can suffer us by Food Poisons
• Precautions during eating Sweets and Milk by Products

After learning about these three topics, my mind was feeling dozing. I don't like science a lot but I love to know that will help me in improving standard of life. This boring session ended and my face shined with smile. I took last snaps in the lecture room and moved outside for their Upper Plaza.

PFA Shopping Mall

PFA claimed their products are germs free hence I decided to move in their Upper Plaza there. There each stall is opened for Public. I found many conditioners, safeguards, soaps, creams and sprays. I was amazed to see their arrangements. It was indeed good to see their Health Management. They are doing their best to ensure Health Safety Measures in Lahore.

Conclusion

We should never ignore our health. Although, we are busy in earning to feed up our family and we didn't have time for above activities but we should sometimes participate in public seminars that are about our Health. After attending this session, I came to realize about different toxicity factors that we intake with sweets. I was happy that I traveled from my home to PFA for learning and walked in PFA for getting a short overview about their role in Pakistan. This walk was different from all walks I like to do in Public Parks and in my garden. It was good to communicate with people that are making efforts for Public Safety. Although this was different from routine but it was awesome one I ever enjoyed in my life.
