    Hola amigos y amigas de Hive e integrantes de Street Workout Community espero que todos se encuentren bien. Por aca su servidor Angel Romero (@angelrvzl), en esta oportunidad les comparto el segundo día de mi semanario de entrenamiento, mi enfoque actual es recuperar condición física y resistencia muscular.

    Hello friends of Hive and members of Street Workout Community I hope everyone is doing well. Here yours truly Angel Romero (@angelrvzl), on this occasion I share with you the second day of my weekly training, my current focus is to recover physical condition and muscular resistance.


    El segundo día de mi entrenamiento me enfoco en todos los musculos que se implican en el Jale como lo son:

    The second day of my training I focus on all the muscles that are involved in the Pull-up, such as:

    Bíceps
    Antebrazos - forearms
    Dorsales - Dorsals
    Trapecio - trapeze

    Calentamiento dinámico
    Dynamic warm-up
    Aproximadamente mis calentamientos tienen una duración de 15minuto ya que la idea es preparar el cuerpo al tipo de entrenamiento que realizo

    My warm-ups last approximately 15 minutes since the idea is to prepare the body for the type of training I do.

    Antes de iniciar el entrenamiento siempre procuro analizar muy bien como me siento para poder dar el 100% y sacarle el mayor provecho al rendimiento de mis musculos
