Hello friends from
SWC A routine focused on the pecs and triceps. These 5 exercises are fundamental for my Push-Up training days, I do everything possible so that the focus of the exercises cover the entire pectoral area.
The repetitions I put them focused on those people who are just starting to do physical activity or calisthenics, although if you are up for it you can do the routine in a row. I really like sometimes to do super sets or circuits with these exercises to work my muscular endurance and explosiveness.
Recuerda que la base del 100% de un resultado es:
-20% Actividad física.
-80% Nutrición.
Por ello es muy importante tener una alimentación enfocada a tu objetivo, recuerda que tener una alimentación con una calidad nutricional no es hacer dieta, es formar hábitos saludables, balancear los alimentos, sin excederse y puedes comer cualquier alimento, tomando en cuenta que los excesos y las calorías vacías no nos benefician en nada.

Es fundamental al principio del entrenamiento o practica de un deporte la activación muscular, ya que un musculo no activo o frio puede lesionarse.
Muscle activation is fundamental at the beginning of training or practicing a sport, since an inactive or cold muscle can be injured.
