    Hola mis amigos guerreros de @fulldeportes, feliz inicio de una gran semana, de vacaciones por semana santa pero seguimos activos por acá, les cuento que voy por el día 84 del Reto de Burpees🔥 el Domingo mi mente me jugó sucio, perdí la cuenta y terminé haciendi 94🤣🤯 pero son cosas que pasan, lo que si es que quiero compartirles más allá del día 83 de mis Burpees, mañana les muestro el resumen, lo que quería comentarles es sobre la procrastinación, es una palabra que hace 15 años era desconocida para mi 🤔

    Esta palabra la conocí gracias al Gran filosofo de negocios Jim Rohn, para mi el mejor de todos, mi mentor, hizo que mi mente cambiara de ser alguien super sedentario, perezoso a ir modificando poco a poco mi forma de ser y de hacer las cosas, a mis 23 años era un procrastinador Top Pro, dejaba todo para despues, decía que iba a hacer algo pero no cumplía y eso era un hábito, hoy día no soy perfecto pero he ido corrigiendo muchas de esas zonas grises en mi vida, sobretodo este Reto de los burpees me compromete, me presiona a mejorar, a dar lo mejor de mi cada día y esa exigencia la voy llevando a otras áreas en mi vida y creanme es un fantasma con el que hay que lidiar siempre, parece que se controla y se escurre, es una batalla constante, pero no imposible, la mejor forma de ganarla es actuando YA!!! no pensarlo mucho y seguir, ponte a prueba y veras como te sientes mejor cada vez mejor💪💥
