Hive Open mic Week 151 / Cover "Sueña" [Esp/Eng]

El mundo necesita urgentemente de personas que tengan más empatía hacia el prójimo, actualmente vivimos buscando satisfacer nuestras propias necesidades y eso no está mal, pero si en el camino nos llevamos por el frente a otros, estamos contribuyendo a qué este planeta colapse por buscar nuestras comodidades y deseos personales.

Es escalofriante leer las noticias a diario y ver cómo la sociedad va en decadencia, hace algún tiempo decidí que por mi salud mental no lo haría más, pero a veces es inevitable estar enterado del daño que los mismos seres humanos causan a otro, quisiera pensar que no necesitamos que ocurra una tragedia para unirnos y trabajar por lo que realmente vale la pena, sin ver el color de piel, la raza, creencia o ideologías.

The world urgently needs people who have more empathy towards others, currently we live seeking to satisfy our own needs and that is not bad, but if on the way we take others by the front, we are contributing to the collapse of this planet by seeking our comfort and personal desires.

It is chilling to read the news daily and see how society is in decline, some time ago I decided that for my mental health I would not do it anymore, but sometimes it is inevitable to be aware of the damage that human beings cause to others, I would like to think that we do not need a tragedy to happen to unite and work for what is really worthwhile, regardless of skin color, race, belief or ideology.

Pareciera imposible de que algo así suceda pero en eso consiste la temática de esta semana, llenar de Fe y esperanza nuestros corazones y que sea el amor ese motor que nos impulse a actuar con más cordura en nuestro diario vivir.

"Sueña" es una canción que ha estado presente en mi repertorio a la hora de elegir un tema, pero lo he descartado por miles de razones, pero la ocasión perfecta ha llegado. Creo que esta canción se enfoca en su letra, es sencilla musicalmente hablando, pero su verdadero tesoro está en el mensaje que transmite, considero que nunca debemos dejar de tener la esperanza, por ahí dicen que es lo último que se pierde, sino tenemos un motivo o razón para vivir nuestra vida sería gris, y a esa razón debemos aferrarnos para no perder la fe.

It seems impossible for something like this to happen, but that is what this week's theme is all about, to fill our hearts with faith and hope, and for love to be the engine that drives us to act with more sanity in our daily lives.

"Dream" is a song that has been present in my repertoire when choosing a theme, but I have discarded it for a thousand reasons, but the perfect occasion has arrived. I think this song focuses on its lyrics, it is simple musically speaking, but its true treasure is in the message it conveys, I believe that we should never stop having hope, they say that it is the last thing to lose, if we do not have a reason to live our life would be gray, and that reason we must cling to not lose faith.
