    Feliz viernes a todos mis amigos de @fulldeportes llegamos al fin de semana full activos y les dejaré acá unos consejos a seguir para las personas que siempre se les complica lograr un objetivo sobre el hacer ejercicio y luego caén en la frustración de pensar que jamás lo logrrán, muchas personas buscan como perder peso y la mayoría siempre se enfoca en el ejercicio, cosa que no está mal, pero hay que comprender que el ejercicio es uno de muchos elementos que componen tu físico y tu peso, por eso hay que pasar por ese proceso difícil de sostener como es, hacer ejercicio con frecuencia y de forma correcta 😁💪

    En principio me dirijo a aquellos que tienen un sobrepeso considerable e incluso padecen de obesidad, ya que en muchas ocasiones en mis 14 años asesorando a personas que quieren adelgazar me confiesan que no se ven haciendo ejercicios complicado, por lo tanto no lo intentan, renuncian al proceso y nunca adelgazan porque se comparan sólo con quienes ven más adelantados y no con quienes están iguales o incluso dudan en comenzar, la clave acá es que NO te compares, no es productivo para ti 😁

    El primer paso es entender lo siguiente, tu estás en tu paso número 1 de construir tus primeros 100 pasos, seria ilógico compararte con alguien que ya va por el paso número 100, porque tu aún no has pasado por ahí, lo que si te hará sentir mejor es que: TODOS HEMOS ESTADO EN EL PASO 1 la cuestión acá es, si tendrás la CONSISTENCIA NECESARIA para mantener el ritmo de ir paso a paso hasta llegar a TU PASO NÚMERO 100 y de ti dependerá, si entrenas para avanzar o si entrenas por entrenar y ya, son cosas diferentes, pero si quieres realmente lograrlo te dejaré una clave super mágica para hacerlo😎

Cuando menos sientas seguir, que el cuerpo te quiera jugar una mala pasada, es donde debes fortalecerte mentalmente y decir, voy por mi paso 100🔥🙌 apenas inico y darle, es un juego más mental que físico, puedes tener un papel en tu baño con tu meta y verlo todos los días para que nunca se te olvide ese objetivo que debes lograr, así que, porque pensarlo mucho? Actua YA!!!
