Hola a todos los Guerreros de @fulldeportes, me obstiné del encierro, así que hoy decidí caminar hasta el polideportivo para un buen baño de sol del bueno de Maturín y emtrenar fuera de casa, ya el encierro total me tenía mal, siempre tomo sol en el patio se mi casa al finalizar mis ejercicios, descanzo haciendo Grownding, pero esta vez quería ir a un ambiente abierto como el del polideportivo y la realidad es que me encantó, el ser humano parece ser el único ser viviente que se aleja del sol, cuando todos los animales buscan del el, yo antes rechazaba el sol, pero ahora me encanta tomar sol, entrenar bajo el sol, el sol es Vida, es Vitamina D es salud para nosotros, porque creen que los presos de carceles de alta seguridad tienen celdas sin acceso al sol?🤔 no es para protegerlos creanme, el sol es genial para nosotros

Lo más interesante de esto, sin entrar en terminos científicos es que sólo piensalo por un momento al recien nacido siempre se le recomienda tomar un baño de sol a primera hora, a todo enfermo de depresión le recomiendan tomar sol, porque tenemos que esperar estar mal para hacerlo? Cuando podemos hacerlo para estar más que bien? Así que yo me decidí y me fuí a entrenar esta full Body en la pista de atletismo, con toda la energía posible que me permití hoy, porque me canso más rápido, sin embargo la satisfaccion de darle duro en esta rutina, luego de este malestar, me gustó sudar como loco para luego llegar a casa, quitarme los zapatos haciendo mi caminata en la tierra y bañarme satisfecho después de esta rutina, espero tomen el consejo amigos, tomen sol todos los días y sus vidas estarán mucho mejor 😝
