Dreaded loneliness

Temida soledad, cuantos de nosotros evitamos abrazarla, pues creemos que en ella encontraremos un abismo oscuro y solitario, parece mentira como huimos a su compañía y sobre todo a utilizarla de manera positiva, no sabiendo que trae consigo tranquilidad y conexión con nuestro yo interno.

Cada espacio de silencio es una oportunidad de crecer y reflexionar ante aquellas circunstancias que no han sido las más idóneas, esto debemos usarlo como un elemento vital en nuestras vidas.
