En Total son 6 ejercicios bien exigentes, ya que te pone a prueba en cada ronda, son 5 Rondas en las que te tomarás 1 minuto de descanso entre ellas, la clave de las rutinas combinadas con cardio y fuerza, por eso el uso correcto de la respiración es importante, siempre nariz y boca, inhalamos por la nariz y exhalamos por la boca, manteniendo el ritmo con los ejercicios y cuidando la técnica, para evitar lesiones, a ver si se activan con esta rutina y me cuentas que te pareció💪😝
