    Toma nota de esto, la MOTIVACIÓN NO SIRVE, no es funcional para hacer lo que se supone que debes hacer, porque? Es simple, no siempre estarás 100% en estado de motivación pura🔥 ojalá fuese así pero NO, hay ejercicios que siempre te costarán mucho más que otros y esto que significa? Que debes seguir practicandolos, porque sino de que otra manera los vas a dominar si no los practicas?

    El mejor consejo que te puedo dar es ENAMORATE DEL PROCESO, porque ahí vas a estar el 99,9% del tiempo. La consistencia te llevará a dominar esos movimientos que al principio parecen dificiles, pero la práctica siempre hará que se te haga un poco más fácil, sólo si lo haces de forma continua con la intensión de mejorar, así que toma 1 día de la semana para practicar los movimientos que aún no te salen, grabate y mira que podrías mejorar y sigue así, los ejercicios de este video algunos los domino pero no como quisiera, por eso los domingos los practico, elige tu día y 2 o 3 movimientos complicados y dale hasta que te salga y verás que no necesitarás motivación, solo las ganas de mejorar cada vez más y mejor cada día, a darle con todo, vamos
