Mi Agosto 2023 en fotos y video de Threeshorts / My August 2023 in Threeshorts photos and video

     El mes de agosto 2023 recién ayer terminó, y quiero hacerles a través de un video de Threeshorts un recuento con las imágenes que más me gustaron de mis publicaciones durante ese mes, y algunos gifs que también formaron parte de esas portadas o cuerpo de las publicaciones. Pienso que al verlas en un video se hacen más dinámicas y divertidas.

     The month of August 2023 just ended yesterday, and through a Threeshorts video I want to recount the images that I liked the most from my posts during that month, and some gifs that I also liked. were part of those covers or body of the publications. I think that seeing them in a video makes them more dynamic and fun.

     Como saben mi Marca Personal "Viviana Fitness" tiene como nicho los ejercicios, los cuales realizo de forma muy disciplinada con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos que quiero para modelar mi cuerpo. Entonces, mucho de mi contenido durante el mes de agosto 2023 fue precisamente los ejercicios, que realizo principalmente en el gimnasio. Tuve especial aprecio a dos publicaciones que les cuento a continuación el motivo por el cual las siento tan especiales.

     La primera PROGRESIONES / Progressions me gustó porque los recursos para hacer la portada y los gifs los estoy manejando mejor y en menor tiempo, este trabajo de producción de lo hago muy fácil en Canva Pro, y poco a poco voy haciendo este trabajo en poco tiempo, es decir muy rápido. Siento que los colores, los elementos, las fuentes y los efectos los manejo mejor cada vez. Igualmente, para la edición del video principal lo hice con Capcut y también fue muy rápido hacerlo. Esto es importante ya que entre el trabajo en el gym, mi trabajo en HIVE y otras obligaciones, necesito ganar tiempo y en esta publicación me dí cuenta que he avanzado más y esto se me hace cada vez más intuitivo y rápido.

! [ENGLISH VERSION]      As you know my Personal Brand "Viviana Fitness" has exercises as a niche, which I perform in a very disciplined way in order to achieve the goals I want to shape my body. So, a lot of my content during the month of August 2023 was precisely the exercises, which I mainly do in the gym. I had special appreciation for two publications that I will tell you below why I feel they are so special.
     I liked the first PROGRESSIONES / Progressions because I am handling the resources to make the cover and the gifs better and in less time, I do this production work very easily in Canva Pro, and little by little I am doing this work in a short time, that is to say very quickly. I feel that the colors, elements, fonts and effects are getting better every time. Likewise, for the main video editing I did it with Capcut and it was also very fast to do. This is important because between work at the gym, my work at HIVE and other obligations, I need to save time and in this post I realized that I have made more progress and this is becoming more and more intuitive and fast.

     El dueño del gimnasio donde trabajo, quien es mi Jefe es el gran David Zabala, atleta de Fisicoculturismo venezolano que admiro muchísimo y nunca me había atrevido a pedirle el permiso para escribir sobre él en mi blog. Pero trabajando juntos he tomado un poco más de confianza y se lo plantee, y me sorprendió mucho que me facilitó toda la información sobre su carrera deportiva y fue muy amable al darme el permiso.

     Esta publicación sobre David Zabala quedará para siempre en mi recuerdo y ya que HIVE nos permite ser dueños de nuestro contenido, se que siempre lo tendré disponible en internet.

[ENGLISH VERSION]      The owner of the gym where I work, who is my boss, is the great David Zabala, a Venezuelan bodybuilding athlete that I admire very much and I had never dared to ask his permission to write about him on my blog . But working together I have gained a little more confidence and I raised it with him, and I was very surprised that he provided me with all the information about his sports career and was very kind when he gave me permission.
     This post about David Zabala will stay with me forever and since HIVE allows us to own our content, I know it will always be available to me online.

     Otra publicación que amé fue la siguiente, ya que por fin me atrevía publicar en la Comunidad Espavlog, con un contenido de valor "Cómo aumentar la visibilidad de tus Publicaciones"

     Me sentí muy bien creando este tipo de contenido, y de tener a Espavlog para presentarlo. También planteé el tema de mi siguiente publicación en esta Comunidad donde le daré continuidad a este tema de interés para los Creadores de Contenido.

! [ENGLISH VERSION]      Another publication that I loved was the following, since I finally dared to publish in the Espavlog Community, with a valuable content "How to increase the visibility of your Publications"
     I felt great creating this type of content, and having Espavlog to present it. I also raised the topic of my next post in this Community where I will continue this topic of interest to Content Creators.

     Me atreví a hacer una Publicación en la Comunidad LEO FINANCE, siempre tuve como algo de miedo ya que me parece que esta comunidad trata temas como más serios o especializados.

     Quise hacer algo valioso que me permitiera estar a la altura de Leo Finance, y entonce hice un Video Tutorial sobre Cómo hacer Threads, en ocasión de las Iniciativas que se están llevando a cabo, y para apoyar a los Hivers que pudieran necesitar algún apoyo para hacer sus Threads, participar en las iniciativas e interactuar con el Ecosistema Hive a través de Leo Finance.

     En un canal de Discord un compañero de Leo Finance mencionó mi publicación como referencia para que lo muestren a los Hivers que tengas dudas sobre cómo hacer un Thread, y esto realmente llenó mi corazón de alegría, ese pequeño momento fue muy gratificante e importante, y lo recordaré por siempre.

! [ENGLISH VERSION]      I dared to make a Publication in the LEO FINANCE Community, I always had a bit of fear since it seems to me that this community deals with more serious or specialized topics.
     I wanted to do something valuable that would allow me to keep up with Leo Finance, and so I made a Video Tutorial on How to make Threads, on the occasion of the Initiatives that are being carried out, and to support the Hivers who might need some support to make their Threads, participate in the initiatives and interact with the Hive Ecosystem through Leo Finance.
     In a Discord channel a fellow Leo Finance mentioned my post as a reference to show to Hivers who have doubts about how to make a Thread, and this really filled my heart with joy, That little moment was very rewarding and important, and I will remember it forever.

     Otros eventos importantes sobre los cuales hice publicaciones durante el mes de agosto 2023 fue comenzar en mi primer trabajo como Entrenadora Personal en el Gym donde entrenaba normalmente, y también ayer que publiqué sobre mi inscripción en el segundo semestre de Ingeniería de Sistemas, y todo lo compartí en HIVE, esto me hace muy feliz.
