          Las hipertensiones lumbares trabajan principalmente los músculos de la espalda baja, como los erectores de la columna, el cuadrado lumbar y los glúteos.. Este ejercicio lo realiza muchísimo cuando practicaba Halterofilia, lo realizaba un poco diferente a este video, pero ambas tiene el mismo objetivos, fortalecer toda la zona media del cuerpo.
         Asi realizaba las Hipertensiones Lumbares cuando practicaba Halterofilia:
