    Hola apreciada comunidad de #FullDeportes es grato para mi compartir con ustedes una rutina de ejercicios para aliviar o quitar el dolor lumbar. Muchas veces esta molestia es ocasionada por contractura muscular, otras por el mal uso o sobre uso de la espalda. El dolor en la espalda baja en actualidad es algo común no solamente en personas mayores sino también en personas relativamente jóvenes , en muchos estudios se ha comprobado que el dolor de la espalda baja muchas veces está relacionado por el estrés continuado.

    Por eso es necesario ejercitar la zona lumbar baja de manera segura con sencillos ejercicios en casa a fin de fortalecer los músculos y así creamos hábitos saludables fomentando de alguna manera una cultura deportiva, de prevención y de salud en pro de nuestro cuerpo, porque como dice en la biblia que el ejercicio corporal es provechoso.

    Hello dear community #FullDeportes, it is a pleasure for me to share with you an exercise routine to relieve or remove low back pain. Many times this discomfort is caused by muscle contracture, others by misuse or overuse of the back. Lower back pain is nowadays something common not only in older people but also in relatively young people. Many studies have proven that lower back pain is often related to continuous stress.

    That is why it is necessary to exercise the lower lumbar area in a safe way with simple exercises at home in order to strengthen the muscles and thus create healthy habits promoting in some way a sporting culture, prevention and health for our body, because as it says in the bible that bodily exercise is profitable.

    Without further ado, let's exercise!
