SWC En la rutina de hoy me complace traerles una rutina de preparación de plancha, ya que en unas semanas voy a competir y necesito tener un buen nivel competitivo, sin mas nada que agregar comencemos!!

Explicacion.
Esta rutina consiste en un entrenamiento de plancha.
Ya que en unas semanas hay una competencia de 3 vs 3
1er ejercicio es aguantar 4 seg en full planche, para ganar la mayor resistencia posible.
2do ejercicio consiste en ejecutar press en straddler planche, para ganar fuerza en los hombro y lumbar, serian 4 press seguidos
3er ejercicio, son flexiones de pino pero a 90° es obvio para que se ejecutar este ejercicios, es para ganar la mayor fuerza en los hombros posibles.
4to ejercicio, full planche asistida con banda elástica, ya al a ver llegado a este ejercicio es muy cotoso poder aguantar la full planche, ya entonces una banda elástica nos asistirá, ya depende de que banda tengas si es mas gruesa te asistirá mas, si es mas delgada te asistirá menos.
5to ejercicio y ultimo curl de biceps, este ejercicio lo hago para, tener mayor fuerza de aguante en la plancha, ya que también se involucra el biceps y nos ayuda mucho en el tranque.

This routine consists of a plank workout.

2nd exercise is to perform press in straddler planche, to gain strength in the shoulder and lumbar, it would be 4 presses in a row.
3rd exercise, are push-ups but at 90°, it is obvious that the purpose of this exercise is to gain as much strength in the shoulders as possible.
4th exercise, full planche assisted with an elastic band, now that we have reached this exercise it is very difficult to be able to hold the full planche, and then an elastic band will assist us, it depends on which band you have, if it is thicker it will assist you more, if it is thinner it will assist you less.
5th exercise and last biceps curl, I do this exercise to have more endurance strength in the plank, as it also involves the biceps and helps us a lot in the lockout.
