Reto Final Hive's Top Model 👑✨

Este mes ha iniciado lleno de sorpresas positivas para mí y una de ellas ha sido lograr entrar en el TOP 10 del concurso Hive 's Top Model, pudiendo así participar en la gran final del mismo. El camino no fue fácil, pero sí grato gracias a la amabilidad y entendimiento del team organizador más las hermosas compañeras que transitaron conmigo este trayecto.

Inicialmente, quise participar en este concurso para retarme a mí misma, salir de mi zona de confort y al mismo tiempo poder aprender más de Hive en el proceso para así volverme capaz de promocionarlo dignamente y, debo decir que no solo cumplí mi objetivo, sino que obtuve mucho más. El aprendizaje que este concurso ha dejado en mí es bastante amplio, ya que va desde un aprendizaje personal hasta uno técnico, englobando en todo eso el crecimiento personal, la importancia de la interacción social, la responsabilidad, el cómo editar videos, tomar buenas fotos y expresarse verbalmente de forma correcta. En algunas cosas ya me defendía bien, en otras he logrado pulirme gracias al concurso, lo cual es de agradecer.

Como mencione más arriba, para mí el camino no fue fácil, ya que me encontré con muchos obstáculos inesperados en mi vida personal, pero eso no me impidió seguir adelante, nunca me rendí, lo que me hace sentir orgullosa, porque sé que puedo confiar en mí para lograr lo que me propongo, así no salga tal cual esperaba.

Para este reto final, decidí simplemente ser yo misma para hablar sobre Hive de la forma en que yo pienso que es mejor hablar: sencilla, precisa y concisa. Me proyecté como speaker y escogí un outfit elegante, pero al mismo tiempo casual, ya que, si vemos como se visten la mayoría de los speakers usualmente (pueden ver TED talks para hacerse una idea), nos daremos cuenta de que sus atuendos no suelen ser extravagantes, sino que lucen cómodos sin perder el estilo.

Las preguntas me resultaron muy interesantes, muchas ideas y propuestas pasaron por mi mente, algunas sencillas, otras no tanto, al final escogí una de las propuestas más sencillas, pero que si se realiza de forma correcta, puede llevar a Hive muy lejos y es que, realmente mi propuesta puede parecer que no es novedosa, muchos pensaran que es algo que ya se está haciendo, pero yo soy muy observadora, estudio mucho, analizo mucho y he podido darme cuenta de que no se hace lo suficiente, los lugares en los que se hace son limitados y cuando se hace, a las personas ajenas a Hive les puede resultar difícil de entender por la terminología utilizada. Pensando en todo lo mencionado y en mis cualidades que considero son las adecuadas para esta tarea, redacte mi propuesta y aquí estoy con ustedes.

Me siento muy feliz por todo lo vivido y aprendido, por eso, quiero agradecer al team organizador, a mis compañeras de concurso que de verdad valen oro y a todos los que me han apoyado hasta ahora, de verdad, ¡Muchísimas gracias y... vamos por más!

This month has started full of positive surprises for me and one of them has been getting into the TOP 10 of the Hive 's Top Model contest, allowing me to participate in the grand finale of it. The road was not easy, but it was pleasant thanks to the kindness and understanding of the organizing team plus the beautiful comrades who walked this journey with me.

Initially, I wanted to participate in this contest to challenge myself, to get out of my comfort zone and at the same time to learn more about Hive in the process to be able to promote it with dignity, and I must say that I not only achieved my goal, but I obtained much more. The learning that this contest has left in me is quite wide, since it goes from a personal learning to a technical one, including personal growth, the importance of social interaction, responsibility, how to edit videos, take good pictures and express myself verbally in a correct way. In some things I was already good at, in others I have been able to polish myself thanks to the contest, which is something to be thankful for.

As I mentioned above, the road was not easy for me, as I encountered many unexpected obstacles in my personal life, but that did not stop me from moving forward, I never gave up, which makes me feel proud, because I know that I can trust myself to achieve what I set out to do, even if it does not turn out exactly as I expected.

For this final challenge, I decided to simply be myself to talk about Hive the way I think is best to talk: simple, precise and concise. I projected myself as a speaker and chose an elegant outfit, but at the same time casual, because, if we see how most of the speakers usually dress (you can watch TED talks to get an idea), we will realize that their outfits are not usually extravagant, but they look comfortable without losing style.

The questions were very interesting, many ideas and proposals went through my mind, some simple, others not so much, in the end I chose one of the simplest proposals, but if done correctly, it can take Hive very far and, actually, my proposal may seem that it is not new, Many will think that it is something that is already being done, but I am very observant, I study a lot, I analyze a lot and I have been able to realize that it is not done enough, the places where it is done are limited and when it is done, people outside Hive may find it difficult to understand because of the terminology used. Thinking about all the above mentioned and my qualities, which I consider to be the right ones for this task, I wrote my proposal and here I am with you.

I feel very happy for everything I have experienced and learned, so I want to thank the organizing team, my fellow contestants who are really valuable and all those who have supported me so far, really, thank you very much and.... let's go for more!
