Hive's top model reto: Pasarela (GLAM)

Hace unos años atrás, una amiga me preguntaba el por qué a algunas personas se les veía mejor el mismo atuendo que a otras y mi respuesta fue muy similar a la frase de Óscar de la Renta, uno debe vestir la pieza y es quien debe llevar en su ser el estilo.

Suena algo ególatra decir "La ropa no me queda bien, yo le quedo bien a la ropa", pero es algo real y que siempre digo cuando la ocasión lo amerita, sin necesidad de tener el ego por las nubes, solo que si sabes la belleza que hay en tí y eres capaz de sentirte segura, serás capaz de transmitir tu esencia y que otros lo noten.

A few years ago, a friend of mine asked me why some people look better in the same outfit than others and my answer was very similar to Oscar de la Renta's quote, you have to wear the piece and you are the one who has to carry the style in your being.

It sounds a bit egotistical to say "The clothes don't fit me, I fit the clothes", but it is something real and something I always say when the occasion calls for it, without the need to have your ego through the roof, only that if you know the beauty that is in you and you are able to feel confident, you will be able to transmit your essence and others will notice it.

Les dije que traería más del estilo Glam Rock 😏🔥 y es que este inicio con uno de los más populares de los 70° Marc Bolan con el estilo de Leopardo y luego vino David Bowie a hacer su contribución con este estilo convirtiéndose así en uno de los grandes. Muchas bandas y artistas fueron haciendo este estilo del Glam Rock parte de ellos e imponiendo cada uno su propia esencia. Quería mostrarles algo con toques rojos, pero me fui al inicio de todo 😏🔥.

Con este estilo me vestía para ir a un evento de Rock en la Ciudad donde vivo, a la cual se la conoce como Portoviejo Rock City y siempre andan haciendo eventos de Rock e incluso Rock sinfónico, dónde el glamour también se deja notar en medio de la buena música.

I told you I would bring you more of the Glam Rock style 😏🔥 and it started with one of the most popular of the 70's Marc Bolan with the Leopard style and then came David Bowie to make his contribution with this style becoming one of the greats. Many bands and artists were making this style of Glam Rock part of them and imposing each one their own essence. I wanted to show you something with red touches, but I went to the beginning of it all 😏🔥.

With this style I dressed to go to a Rock event in the city where I live, which is known as Portoviejo Rock City and they are always doing Rock events and even Symphonic Rock, where the glamour is also noticeable in the middle of good music.

La semana no ha Sido fácil, entre lluvias y el internet un tanto lento, me hacen sentir que volví a donde salí 🤣🙊, pero realmente para ser bella a veces toca ver estrellas y diremos que este invierno es parte de ello, sin embargo me divertí muchísimo haciendo esta pasarela. Ser Glam, no significa dejar de ser mamá, esposa y tener ocupaciones del día a día, pues lo Glam es algo que llevas dentro y siempre brillas donde vayas.

Quiero agradecer en este reto a todos aquellos que me apoyan, en especial a mi esposo hermoso @josuemonterola, quien no deja que me trasnoche sola y a todos aquellos que me animan a seguir adelante.

Recuerda siempre despedir la pasarela con tu rostro y tan solo brillar ✨.

The week has not been easy, between rains and a slow internet, I feel like I'm back to where I left 🤣🙊, but really to be beautiful sometimes you have to see stars and we will say that this winter is part of it, however, I had a lot of fun doing this catwalk. Being Glam doesn't mean to stop being a mum, a wife and having day-to-day occupations, because Glam is something you carry inside you and you always shine wherever you go.

I want to thank all those who support me in this challenge, especially my beautiful husband @josuemonterola, who doesn't let me spend the night alone and all those who encourage me to keep going.
