Portugal Farm Hunting

After several days in Portugal hunting for small farms we have found the one we like the most and made an offer to the owners. We will have to wait and see if they accept our offer to close the deal.
We have had the idea tu purchase a small farm for some time. Initially to spend summer hollidays but later on we may spend some more time after retirement.
The land is about 7500 m2 with slighly more than 100 olive trees, as well as several fruit trees like orange, lemon, fig, grape vines, apple etc.
There is a tiny small house where the farmer used to keep the equipment and we plan to renovate to make it livable.
