Portugal Farm Hunting 2

Here I'm sharing another property we visited during our trip to Portugal, this one had been "abandoned" for several years.
It has far less tress which means less work and several terraces with some big oak trees providing shade,
there are also some big rocks which, together with the terraces, add some diversity to the ground. , It also has a 100 mts well and a water mine. There is an agricultural house which needs complete renovation.

There is also a registered ruin which can be rebuild.
The price is lower and the location is more isolated which we like but there is some work you have to do to clean the place before rebuilding all arrond. Also the access is quite dificuld if you do not have a 4WD car.
As usuall, there is no perfect spot, some have things you like and others you dislike so It will be hard to take a decision. We keep searching as we plan to come back in a couple of months.
