I'm back at the gym - Short video -

Hola amigos Hivers, así como les comento en el titulo del video, he vuelto a asistir al gimnasio y me tiene muy emocionada por ello se los quería compartir, aunque hacía actividades como caminar, hacer yoga, sentía que necesitaba fortalecer mi cuerpo un poco más, así que decidí aceptar la invitación de una amiga y nos inscribimos en un gimnasio.

Acordamos ir en las mañanas para empezar el día con mucha energía, aunque para ser sincera, al inicio se me hacía muy agotador. Ya llevo algunas semanas desde que inicié y me siento genial.

Gracias por acompañarme en un video más. Si esta en tus planes fortalecer tu cuerpo, ir a la montaña, hacer un maratón, empieza cuando puedas a preparar tu cuerpo para ello.

Hello friends Hivers, as I mentioned in the title of the video, I have returned to the gym and I am very excited about it, although I did activities such as walking, yoga, I felt I needed to strengthen my body a little more, so I decided to accept the invitation of a friend and we signed up at a gym.

We agreed to go in the mornings to start the day with lots of energy, although to be honest, in the beginning, it was very tiring. I've been going for a few weeks now and I feel great.
