    Estoy feliz de compartirles en esta oportunidad esta comida deliciosa, ya tenía mucho tiempo sin cocinar, esto es debido a que mi madre le encanta cocinar y casi nunca me deja hacerlo, sin embargo ayer ella salió hacer unas diligencias y aproveche para preparar el almuerzo, así que veamos qué fue lo que hice.
    Arroz con pollo frito, ensalada rallada y papas fritas con salsa barbecue.
    Arroz;
    1 taza de arroz.
    2 tazas de agua.
    Sal al gusto.
    Zanahoria rallada.
    Pollo:
    Sal al gusto
    Salsa iglesia y de ajo .
    Orégano y color.
    Se empanizan con harina de trigo y se fríen en llama baja, para que se cocinen bien por dentro.
    Para la salsa barbecue, use pasta de tomate, salsa de tomate, vinagre, miel, azúcar, mostaza y lo mezcle bien, luego lo puse a llama baja para que hirviera.
