After 4 long months, Mauritius is now a little bit free...
Finally we can welcome back guests to our bistrot!
Of course there are some guidelines to follow, like having spaces between each table, less than 50 persons allowed etc...
But in my case, I usually don't take more than 3 tables at my bistrot.
I give more importance to quality than quantity. So I am fine with the guidelines.
And so here we are...after long months of wait....back in the kitchen and ready to amaze our guests with our Freestyle Cuisine!
