💪Está rutina consiste en mejorar el movimiento de palancas, cómo en la posición inicial de realiza un press de front lever y reversa también,ya que hay muchas entradas de como realizar un front lever, pero creo que es recomendable entrenar estás entradas ya que el press de front lever es un movimiento algo complicado y por la cual se califica como nivel intermedio. Pero en esta caso como es una rutina, le reste una progresion hasta una que me permita realizar dicho movimiento y acostumbrarme y ganar fuerza💪.
