This is week #182 of Hiveopenmic. I am @rukkie and for this week's theme "Folk and Symphonic Metal" chosen by @stefy.music , I will be presenting a song by a Nigerian artist named "ASA".

At first when I saw the theme,my head was blank on the song to perform but then I made a little research and found out Symphonic Metal is associated with the use of drums and guitars. I immediately knew I had to present a song by this talented singer as she mostly make use of guitar in her songs.

I love her songs so much that I had difficulty choosing one 😃😃😃, I mean I want to present them all but I finally settled on a song titled "Why Can't We"

I chose this song because of the message it conveys. The song talks about the importance of not worrying over things that are beyond our understanding and capacity and also the need to enjoy life while we still can.

We only "live once", so it encourages us to not let our worries and doubts take over our lives and to live in the present moment.

Esta es la semana #182 de Hiveopenmic. Soy @rukkie y para el tema de esta semana "Folk y Metal Sinfónico" elegido por @stefy.music , voy a presentar una canción de un artista nigeriano llamado "ASA".

Al principio, cuando vi el tema, tenía la cabeza en blanco en cuanto a la canción que debía presentar, pero luego investigué un poco y descubrí que el metal sinfónico se asocia con el uso de baterías y guitarras. Inmediatamente supe que tenía que presentar una canción de esta talentosa cantante, ya que suele utilizar la guitarra en sus canciones.

Me gustan tanto sus canciones que me costó elegir una 😃😃😃, es decir, quiero presentarlas todas, pero finalmente me decidí por una canción titulada "Why Can't We".

Elegí esta canción por el mensaje que transmite. La canción habla de la importancia de no preocuparse por cosas que están más allá de nuestra comprensión y capacidad y también de la necesidad de disfrutar de la vida mientras podamos.

Sólo "vivimos una vez ", así que nos anima a no dejar que nuestras preocupaciones y dudas se apoderen de nuestras vidas y a vivir el momento presente.
