@royvegas and this day I'm here again to continue sharing quality content with you. This time I have brought you a video tutorial on the Finger Straddle Planche. That includes both progressions, exercises and tips to avoid injuries since it is a very harmful movement if you don't know how to execute it, I wanted to leave you with current videos of me doing the Finger but I'm injured and for this reason I limited myself to posting a video of my first Finger Straddle.
El termino "Finger" que en ingles significa "dedos" hace alusión a una variación de Straddle Planche en la cual estaremos apoyados únicamente de los dedos de nuestras manos, al tener los dedos como apoyo, necesitaremos fuerza para que estos puedan aguantar nuestro peso durante cierta cantidad de tiempo.
The term "Finger" which in English means "fingers" refers to a variation of Straddle Planche in which we will be supported only by the fingers of our hands, having the fingers as support, we will need strength so that they can support our weight during certain amount of time.
