There are times in life that the journey is just hard...there is no way around that fact. It just is.

So, sometimes, we have to take a step back & work through it. Or we always run from it for it to only catch up with us later...

Today is a day like that for me. It is not my best time but I still will show up...

And today's Mindful Mondays video is an example of that...while it may not be the best one I have ever done, I do hope this will give at least one of you a glimmer of hope & solace as you go about whatever storm you are going through...

We will keep persevering. We may get knocked down, but we will keep getting back up. Because that's just how we are. We are strong & resilient. I believe in you....but more importantly, it's time for you to believe in yourself. ;)
