“To Be Human” (original song) - open Mic 103

ive been writing this song for years already. it's actually an epic 8-12 minute song but putting it all together has been tricky and I've been more focused on writing novels and podcasts these days. i think i finallynfigured out that i like it in D, because in E it's too low for my voice and in A it's too high.

one of these days I've got to finish it !

It's about the seemingly neverending cycle of war and hatred that only ends if we can step outside of our own fear and seek more than just survival.
