Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad SWC soy @jesusaguilarvz hoy vengo a dejarle tres Ejercicios muy eficaz para entrenar tu trapecio, recordemos que porque sean musculos de asistencia debemos darle su fortalecimiento de forma correcta para con esta froma poder avazar de forma muy eficaz en este deporte.

El trapecio es un musculo mucho mas grande de lo que la gente suele pensar, ocupa casi toda la parte alta y media de la espalda, y se divide en parte SUPERIO, MEDIA y INFERIOR. Se encarga de diferentes movimientos como de acercar las escapulas o elevar los hombros.
The trapezius is a much larger muscle than people usually think, it occupies almost the entire upper and middle part of the back, and is divided into UPPER, MIDDLE and LOWER parts. It is responsible for different movements such as bringing the scapulae closer or raising the shoulders.
Dentro del Street Workout y Calistenia influye sobre todo en Planches, Handstand y en una correcta colocacion del Front lever, si fortaleces de fomra correcta tu trapecio tendras mas facilidad en estos movimientos, ademas que sera clave en otros ejercicios mas avanzados como el press desde planche o el press a handstand. Aqui les dejos unos ejercicios para fortalecerlos para entrenar en esos dias que no sientes mucha fuera pero no quieres perder el dia.
