Tarde de Trote y Reflexión [Esp/Eng Subtitled]

   No debemos permitirnos abandonar, nuestras actividades deportivas cotidianas. Avanzamos un paso y retrocedemos 3, dice el dicho popular. Me pasa que volver a empezar y abandonar por unos días, me hacen estar siempre en el mismo lugar y si lo llevamos a nuestras realidades, no dista mucho la diferencia. Como somos en la vida, somos en el deporte y viceversa.

      Dejar lo que estás haciendo y permitirte disfrutar un momento con la naturaleza, debería ser una cita obligada. Muchas veces, las obligaciones entorpecen las decisiones, pero si somos consciente, de la importancia de hacerlo, créanme que lo harían. Ejemplo: Si una orden médica, nos indica que debemos hacerlo sí o sí, ¿Lo harías?; Pero, no debemos esperar tal situación.

Siempre tenemos mínimamente dos alternativas, solo debemos ser consciente de ello y actuar en consecuencia, venciendo a nuestro ego, que seguramente nos dirá, ve a la cama que ahí, estarás "seguro".

      Todo comienza con una pregunta: ¿Qué quiero para mi vida?, ¿Es importante, cuidar mi salud?, ¿Realmente lo cuido, realizando actividad física?, ¿Por qué no tengo ganas?, ¿Por qué los medios, nos venden cuerpos marcados, para promocionar comida chatarra o gaseosas?.
Es muy importante, hacernos las preguntas correctas y actuar en consecuencia. En lo particular, muchas veces me siento desganado y lo que hago es, nada. Porque sé, que todo pasa, y esa desganes, también pasará. ¡Disfrutemos el proceso!
