    Hello Friends.

    Here is the recipe of Pumpkin flower cutlet. In generally it is a very popular snack in Indian cuisine. Because it has lots of qualities. It has rich source of vitamin B9. It will help to improve or enhance your immune system. So that if you eat daily, then you will never suffer in cold or fever. It will protect your body from cold and flu like disease. There are so many types of cutlets are there like veg cutlet,Non-veg cutlet like this. Maximum vegetarian people like this cutlet. It can also prepare many ways like fry, deep fry and shallow fry/ The taste will be more when it will be more crisp and serve with Peppermint sauce. You can also eat with Tomato sauce and Green chilly sauce when Peppermint sauce are not available,

    The main ingredients of this cutlet are

    1. Pumpkin Flowers (minimum 20 numbers)
    2. Rice flour (2 Spoons)
    3. Cooking Oil for fry or deep fry
    4. Onion
    5. Green chilly
    6. Garlic
    7. Salt (very less, as per your taste)
    8. Turmeric powder ( 1 tea spoon)
    9. Cumin Powder ( 1 tea spoon)

    The process is very simple and easy. You can prepare your tasty snacks within few minutes at your home. Maximum ingredients are also available in your kitchen. Only thing is you have ti collect the flower from market. At first you collect the flower and clean it like as picture mentioned below. Then add chopped the onion, garlic, and green chilly. You take a bowl and mix the flower with rice flours 2 tea spoon, Chopped onion, green chilly, chopped garlic and add some salt as per your test , add small tea spoon of turmeric powder and cumin powder, Mix it properly. Once the mixture is ready, then took a frying pan or deep frying pan, and fry it with the help of cooking oil. you can make deep fry also making more crisp. It is based on your choice, if you want deep fry or light fry. The taste will also differ. You can use low flame when you use to fry , so that the outer portion of the cutlet will be fry properly. Since it is made in home style, i used very less cooking oil for fry. Then you can enjoy your snacks Pumpkin flower cutlet with Peppermint sauce, Tomato sauce and chilly sauce as you like. This snacks is very popular in rural areas in India. The flowers are easily available with their fields. Even if they also with rice in their lunch.
