    Papá, ¿Estás ahí?. Si hijo, dime. Es que es, fin de semana largo y queremos comer pan casero calentito, realizado por ti. No se diga más, y arrancamos.
    Sé que existen en Argentina, infinidades de formas para llevar a cabo el pan casero. ¡Esta es la mía!
    Soy consciente, que el consumo desmedido de harina, no es lo ideal. Pero culturalmente, en mi familia y en mi país, es normal consumir pan, prácticamente todos los días.

    Como ustedes saben, soy fan de las tortas fritas; pero a pedido de un hijo, comeremos pan casero.

    I know that in Argentina there are infinite ways to make homemade bread. This is mine!
    I am aware that the excessive consumption of flour is not ideal. But culturally, in my family and in my country, it is normal to eat bread, practically every day.
    
    As you know, I am a fan of fried cakes, but at the request of my son, we will eat homemade bread.

    Cuando recuerdo a mis padres, son normalmente en momentos únicos con ellos (comer, jugar, pasear, reír, bailar, etc.); es por eso, que intento generar esos momentos con mis hijos.

    INGREDIENTES:

    • Harina - 1 kg,
    • Huevos - 2 unidades,
    • Sal - 1 cucharada,
    • Azúcar - 1 cucharita de té,
    • Levadura seca instantánea 10 g,
    • Agua - tibia (cantidad necesaria)
    When I remember my parents, it is usually in unique moments with them (eating, playing, walking, laughing, dancing, etc.); that is why I try to generate those moments with my children.
    
    INGREDIENTS:
    - Flour - 1 kg,
    - Eggs - 2 units,
    - Salt - 1 tablespoon,
    - Sugar - 1 teaspoon,
    - Instant dry yeast - 10 g,

    No soy el mejor en la cocina, pero me defiendo muy bien; y obviamente, me encanta compartir lo que hago, en el hermoso ecosistema de #Hive y en esta comunidad de @hivefood.
