Sumar kilómetros | 10 KM (Eng/Esp)

Hola amigos de esta bonita comunidad de Full Deportes en HIVE – 3SPEAK.

Después de una semana laboral intensa para Zuni, y luego de cumplir con mis obligaciones, salimos a disfrutar del sol de la tarde y a realizar nuestros entrenamientos, que muchas veces en la semana no lo podemos cumplir.

After an intense work week for Zuni, and after fulfilling my obligations, we went out to enjoy the afternoon sun and to do our workouts, which many times during the week we are not able to do.

Haber dejado mucho tiempo los trotes, uno pierde la zancada e igualmente nunca tuve una zancada buena. Siempre corrí como frenándome, muchos lo denominan correr sentado. Y realizar fondos largos, hace que mejoremos esos aspectos como atletas. Y créanme, que cuando uno mejora la zancada, la sensación es como que vas levitando.

Having stopped jogging for a long time, one loses stride and I never had a good stride. I always ran like I was slowing down, many people call it sitting down. And doing long sprints, you improve those aspects as an athlete. And believe me, when you improve your stride, you feel like you're levitating.

Como siempre recomiendo, realizar deportes en equipo, con amigos o quizás en un team de running, que existen por doquier. Creo que en esos lugares, uno se interrelaciona con personas que hablan el mismo idioma y sinceramente, eso es genial.

As I always recommend, do team sports, with friends or maybe in a running team, which exist everywhere. I think that in those places, you interact with people who speak the same language and honestly, that's great.

Estamos muy próximo al duatlón, estamos llegando, quizás no de la mejor manera, pero de igual manera lo que buscamos es disfrutar del evento. Los únicos rivales nuestros, somos nosotros mismo. Espero que estas experiencias, te animen a realizar algún tipo de actividad física.

We are very close to the duathlon, we are arriving, maybe not in the best way, but still what we are looking for is to enjoy the event. The only rivals we have are ourselves. I hope these experiences encourage you to do some kind of physical activity.
