Mi Primer Ingreso Pasivo [Esp/Eng Subtitled] 🏡

   Tener un ingreso "pasivo", no significa, que uno sea libre financieramente, ni mucho menos. Existen muchas formas de generar ingresos y esta, tan solo es una de ellas.
Bien amigos, espero que estén bien y si así no fuese, solo piensen que "todo pasa". Esta es mi primera presentación, en esta comunidad (Be Entrepreneur) y desde que lo entreviste, a Miriannalis, siempre quise participar en la misma, para contar parte de mi historia, como emprendedor.

Well friends, I hope you are well and if not, just think that "everything happens". This is my first presentation, in this community (Be Entrepreneur) and since I interviewed Miriannalis, I always wanted to participate in it, to tell part of my story as an entrepreneur.

      Vengo de una familia, muy humilde y de muy bajos recursos, pero millonarios en amor. La educación básica y pública, es todo lo que nuestros padres, nos podían brindar. Educación, que fue un pilar importante, para lo que somos hoy en día y de la cual, estoy eternamente agradecido. Más la impartida en casa, que creo, fue la más importante.

I come from a very humble family with very few resources, but millionaires in love. Basic and public education is all that our parents could give us. Education, which was an important pillar for what we are today and for which I am eternally grateful. Plus the one imparted at home, which I believe was the most important.

      Trabajaba, bajo dependencia y ya con mi primera hija en camino. Un día, un cliente que me tenía mucho cariño, me decía "Usted será exitoso, en la vida" y en esas charlas, me regalo un libro "Padre Rico, Padre Pobre" de Robert Kiyosaki. En mi enojo con la vida, no le di importancia y termino, en algún lugar olvidado. Hasta que, un tiempo después, ingreso a "emprender" en una multinivel (Herbalife), donde el sistema educativo es muy importante. Estando ahí, me recomiendan nuevamente este libro y por supuesto, el resto es historia. Primeramente, se despertó en mí, mi amor por la lectura y sobre todo el desarrollo personal. Sentí que viniendo, de donde vengo, no debe ser un impedimento, para llegar, donde queramos.

I was working, under dependency and already with my first daughter on the way. One day, a client who was very fond of me, told me "You will be successful in life" and in those talks, he gave me a book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki. In my anger with life, I didn't give it any importance and it ended up somewhere forgotten. Until, some time later, I entered a multilevel company (Herbalife), where the educational system is very important. While I was there, this book was recommended to me again and of course, the rest is history. First of all, it awakened in me my love for reading and above all personal development. I felt that coming from where I come from, it should not be an impediment to get where we want.

      Deje mi trabajo en forma dependiente y me independice (en el libro, sería pasar de empleado a autoempleado), y sinceramente, me fue muy bien. Pude construir mi casa, compramos el auto (carro) e íbamos de vacaciones; Pero, siempre sentí, que la vida me pasaba y no estaba haciendo, lo que me hacía feliz. Llegado la cuarentena y ante la imposibilidad de seguir con el negocio, comencé a buscar alternativas y la construcción, de este departamento fue una alternativa genial.

I left my job as a dependent and became independent (in the book, it would be going from employee to self-employed), and honestly, I did very well. I was able to build my house, we bought a car and went on vacation; but I always felt that life was passing me by and I was not doing what made me happy. When I was in my forties, and faced with the impossibility of continuing with the business, I began to look for alternatives and the construction of this apartment was an alternative.

      Hicimos una lista con @zutodoterreno, de todo lo que había en la casa, para poder capitalizarnos y tomamos el toro por las astas y comenzamos a vender todo. Fue una real y bonita locura, porque en cuarentena, no nos dejaban salir, pero de igual manera nos ingeniábamos para vender. De esa manera comenzamos la construcción, de nuestro primer ingreso pasivo y digo, primer, porque quien tiene uno, quiero dos y luego tres "Seguiremos".
Para no hacerle el cuento tan largo, quiero concluir, primero agradeciendo a mi familia, por el apoyo de siempre (siempre, debemos agradecer) y segundo, decirles, que si están dudando en arrancar algo, no duden más y adelante. El universo nos está observando todo el tiempo y quédate tranquilo, que te pondrá trabas para probar tu carácter y convicción, pero te dará las herramientas, para que lo consigas.
Del libro "los secretos de la mente millonaria" de Harv Eker, te dejo, este principio: Preparado, disparo y apunto. Y te lo dejo, porque siempre nos han enseñado, Preparado, apunto y disparo.

We made a list with @zutodoterreno, of everything that was in the house, to be able to capitalize and we took the bull by the horns and began to sell everything. It was a real and beautiful madness, because in quarantine, we were not allowed to leave, but we still managed to sell.
